Salon1475 Cut-A-Thon To Benefit Lowell Transition Living Center
Open since 2011, Salon 1475 is a Family Style Salon owned and operated by Terri Walsh. Her staff includes 5 stylists with a combined 45 years of experience. Open Monday through Saturday, they specialize in Mens, Womens& Children's cuts as well as Highlights, Color & Waxing. Along with their amazing stylists, Salon 1475 also has their own highly qualified Massage Therapist! Salon 1475 is a Matrix product exclusive salon.The employees of Salon 1475 like to stay active within the community. They regularly donate to the Tewksbury Food Bank, The Merrimack Mothers Group and other causes. This year they have created a brand new partnership with The Lowell Transitional Living Center for the holiday season! On Sunday December 9th 2012, they will be hosting a Cut-A-Thon to benefit the LTLC from 12-5pm. Dry food products, adult health and hygiene items, bedding, clothing, shoes & similar style donations are accepted at Salon 1475 from now until Christmas. 100% of the salons proceeds from that date will also be donated. Neighboring businesses are also joining the cause! Pizza Mia will be donating a percent of their proceeds for the day & TJ Callahans has donated 2 gift cards to be raffled throughout the day.
