When/Where: Saturday, July 16, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Home Depot, Route 38, Tewksbury
Why Go: The life you save could be your own or your children's. Deputy Fire Chief Al Vasas said a majority of people don't have sufficient working smoke detectors and CO detectors in their homes, or they have not been installed properly or are in the wrong places. This is worth a few minutes of your time.
