5 Things To Do This Weekend
Even if the weather cools down, there are plenty of events going on locally for you and your family.
Why Go: This is a chance for you to see the Academy Award nominated film that everyone has been talking about -- for FREE! If you've never seen it or even if you have and want to see it again, this is your chance.
When/Where: Saturday, March 24, 2012, 1:00 pm, DPW Garage, 999 Whipple Road, Tewksbury
Why Go: This one isn't much for you as it is for your best friend. Each year there are reports in the area of a rabid fox, raccoon or coyote. Protect your dog and cat.
Moon S. Kim, DVM, will be the attending veterinarian. Please bring your previously issued Rabies Certificate to verify the rabies vaccination expiration date which will determine whether the animal will receive a 1 year or 3 year vaccination series. Dogs must be at least six (6) months of age. All dogs must be on a leash. Cats must be in a cage or box, or hand held and restrained by the owner.
Pricing: The fee is $15.00 per dog or cat. The fee for a microchip is $30.
Why Go: This is just an awfully fun movie for all ages. If you remember the Muppets fondly from your youth or even if you don't know Bunson from Beeker, this is a great film.
Why Go: Bargains, bargains, bargains!! Plus, all the money goes to help the Friends of Tewksbury Seniors.

Why Go: It's springtime! Celebrate by going to a spring craft fair. Check out work by some outstandingly talented crafts people and artisans.
