Tewksbury, Billerica and Chelmsford have been invited to make the jump from the Merimack Valley Conference and North Andover has been invited to jump from the Cape Ann League. A meeting is scheduled to take place involving the four schools and representatives from the DCL on May 23. At which time they are expected to officially accept the invitation.
