Bits of knowledge to help you be the smartest person at the TMHS Senior Prom.

Here are five pieces of information to help you start the last week of May with a bright, sunny smile and to help you be the smartest person NOT to have gotten a technical foul from referee Danny Crawford last night.

1. Your 3-Day Local Weather Forecast: According to the NWS, there will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 9am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Areas of fog before 10am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. East wind 5 to 8 mph becoming south. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. Tuesday Night: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 1am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Areas of fog after 11pm. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. South wind between 5 and 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Wednesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10am, then a slight chance of showers between 10am and 2pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 82. South wind 6 to 10 mph becoming west. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 58. West wind between 3 and 7 mph.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 75.
Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 50.

2. It's Happening Today: An extremely busy week in Tewksbury continues tonight with the Tewksbury High Senior Prom. But before the kids head to the Danvers Yacht Club for the big party, there is the traditional Promenade photo op at the high school at 4 p.m.
