911 Call Prompts Assault and Battery Arrest

Police received a 911 call for an unwanted male party on Pondview Lane on Sunday, March 3 at 12:07 a.m.
Mark Lennartson, 44, of 14 Pondview Lane, Tewksbury, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery.

Detectives were off at Mobil on the Run on Andover Street for a suspicious vehicle on Friday, March 1, at 9:52 p.m.
Brandon Grue, 27, of 78 Liberty Street, Danvers, was arrested and charged with trafficking over 14 but less than 28 ounces of cocaine, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and distributing Class B drugs.

Eric McDermott, 29, of 19 Jefferson Road, Tewksbury, was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class B drugs, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
Additional Incidents
On Friday, March 1, at 5:13 p.m. in the Home Depot parking lot, a suspicious vehicle was located. Jose Soto, 45, of 9 Cedar Street, Apr. 1, Lowell, was arrested and charged with possession of Class B drugs.
On Saturday, March 2, at 12:53 p.m. a calling party from Independence Ave. reported that three tires on her car were slashed.
On Saturday, March 2, at 1:30 p.m. an employee of Enterprise Band and Trust called to report a fight in the parking lot. Two males and two females were involved in a fight in the area. Officers spoke to all involved parties and filed a report.
On Sunday, March 3, at 10:45 a.m. employees at Wal-Mart requested a well-being check on a female party who appeared to be intoxicated. The female was confused and didn’t know where she was. The woman was transported to Saints Medical Center.
On Sunday, March 3 at 6:29 p.m. a caller reported a stolen motor vehicle at CVS on Main Street. And officer located the vehicle in the lot, and assisted the party.
On Sunday, March 3 at 10:52 p.m. dispatch received a 911 call reporting a male party attempted to gain entry into a Grace Ave. home and left on foot. Officers located the party, who was attempting to locate his dog.
