A Fight, A Goat And An Alleged Drunk Driver
Man reports that his wife fell out of their car during an argument.
A Lowell man was arrested following a fight in the Stadium Plaza parking lot, but the charges are not directly related to the brawl.
Tewksbury Police officers responded to a 911 call reporting a fight at 10 Main St. on Thursday, just before 7 p.m. One man suffered minor injuries as a result of the fight. The second man, 53-year-old Michael W. Donohue, 206 Stackpole St. Apt. 5, Lowell, was placed under arrest.
Donohue was charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with the intent of committing a felony and larceny under $250. It is believed the fight started when a vehicle owner believed he saw Donohue was breaking into his vehicle.
Man reports wife fell out of moving car (July 16)
Police received a 911 call Saturday at around 6:30 p.m. from a man who said his wife had fallen out of their car during an argument. The woman complained of leg pain but did not want to go to the hospital. Instead, officers provided her with courtesy transportation to White Hen Pantry.
Roaming goat (July 15)
On Friday, around 2 p.m., police received a call from a Pinta Drive resident, reporting there was a loose goat on his property. Officers responded to the scene and attempted to locate the goat's owner without success. Officers approached the owner of nearby Oliveira Farm on Marston Street but the man said the goat was not his.
Tewksbury man arrested in Northborough (July 13)
Ricky P. Hardy, 57, of 289 Apache Way, Tewksbury, was arrested July 13 by Northborough Police and charged with OUI liquor and speeding. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Aug. 8.
Other Arrests:
William Sullivan IV, 32, 7 Benson Road, Tewksbury, was arrested on Sunday, July 17, on Pond View Lane and charged with assault and battery.
