Do You Know Where To Vote? Are You Sure?
Hundreds of addresses have changed wards as a result of recent redistricting.
Recently, Tewksbury Patch published the list of four polling locations to be used when voters go to the polls for the Municipal Election on April 14.
Do you know, based on where you live, where you are supposed to vote?
Are you sure?
As a result of the recent redistricting, nearly 600 addresses have changed precincts and nearly 300 have changed wards. Changing wards will, in many cases, change the location where voters cast their ballots.
Attached is a list of the 567 addresses that have changed precincts under the redistricting. Included in that list are the 293 addresses that have changed wards.
Just as a reminder, here are the list of town precincts and their polling locations:
Senior Center, 175 Chandler St. -- Precincts 1 and 1A
Public Library, 300 Chandler St. -- Precincts 4 and 4A
Assembly of God Church, 995 Andover St. --Precincts 3 and 3A
Recreation Center, 286 Livingston St. -- Precincts 2 and 2A

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Bill for this info. Please keep it coming so people will be prepared in March for the primary. It saves the workers at the polls from the ire of the voters when they show up at the wrong polling place. I thought the placing of a household's polling place on this years census information was a great idea from the Town Clerks Office. I hope that helps too. I agree EVERY VOTE COUNTS!
