Domestic Assault And Folks Who Shouldn't Have Been Driving
The following information was supplied by the Tewksbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
A keen-eyed good Samaritan alerted Tewksbury Police to an alleged domestic violence incident over the weekend.
Police received the call around 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28. The caller said they had witnessed a man assault a woman in the parking lot of Main Street Liquors, 391 Main St.
According to the caller, the man and woman were inside a vehicle with Massachusetts license plates and provided the plate number to dispatch.
Five units responded to the scene and after an investigation, arrested Michael Fitzpatrick, 42, 53 Trull Brook Lane, Tewksbury, and charged him with assault and battery.
Other Incidents:
On Saturday, Jan. 28, at around 4 p.m., a resident of Whipple Road called police to report that their car had been stolen.
On Monday, Jan. 30, at 9:25 a.m., a resident of Catamount Road called police to report that their motor vehicle had been broken into overnight.
Arrests:
Ryan Ricard, 23, 173 Hillcrest Road, Dracut, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 30, and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with his license revoked, a number plate violation and failure to signal.
Michel P. Hennigan, 41, 30 Crystal St. 1st Floor, Lowell, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 29, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Ariel P. Marrero, 20, 102 Bigelow St., Lowell, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 29, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation.
Daniel C. MacDonald, 30, 187 Mount Vernon St., Malden, was arrested on Sunday, Jan. 19, and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Eric Constantineau, 21, 3 Virginia Road, Tewksbury, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 27, on an outstanding warrant.
