You ask ... Patch Answers Question Of The Week: How can I get rid of my Christmas Tree?

No need to try to find a place to dump your tree into the woods. Tewksbury will stop by and pick up your tree.

However, according to members of the Recycling Committee, the pickup will be a little later than usual this year.

Residents are asked to have their tree on the curb Monday, Jan. 9. All trees will be picked up between Jan. 9-13. Make sure all tinsel, ornalments and plastic bags are removed.

There is no charge.
