Who won?

This PAC situation brings back memories of "Old Tewksbury Politics",the powers that be use public entities(PAC's) to further there political aspirations,such as the over ride question,the PAC notices also,supported the interests of a private entity ,the group that promised the town a little over a year ago that no taxes would be involved with this project and they fell flat on their faces,there is an ethics problem here because the anti side was not given access to the e.mail addresses that the PAC's used,there should be an investigation about this.
