Man Found Sleeping in Police Parking Lot, Arrested for DWI

The incident took place at approximately 1:45 a.m.

Windham, NH Police didn't have to go far to make an arrest early this morning after they found a man passed out in his driver's seat and parked in the restricted employee lot at the police station.

Jonathan Sullivan, 31, of 140 Judith E Drive in Tewksbury, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating drugs or liquor.

Officers responded to the restricted parking lot after a dispatcher located the vehicle on a security camera.

The vehicle was running at the time of the arrest. Officers woke up Sullivan and conducted a thorough investigation which included field sobriety tests.

Sullivan was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of Jan. 28, 2013. If convicted he faces possible penaltiies of a minimum of $500 fine, nine month loss of license and he must complete the statutorily required drug and alcohol program.

He was later transported to the Rockingham County House of Corrections due to his level of intoxiation and inability to make contact with a sober person for his release.

Same thing here on my iPhone. It was a small banner about dating and singles crap. Now it's a giant block that covers most of the story and want you to play solitaire.

I have to admit, the best part of this story for me was the last line. He was unable to make contact with a sober person for his release. HAHA Basically, everyone he knew that night was HAMMERED. SAD SAD SAD....but somehow funny
