T-Mobile plays a prominent role in the Planning Board agenda, as they deal with a waiver request for a cell project at 920 Livingston, as well as a second cell project in the Whipple Road/Pond Street area.
The board will also be discussing the Master Plan, the ZBA agenda and the work of agenda of the Zoning Bylaw Subcommittee.
The special permit request by Thea Rnixi, LLC for the property at 1079 Main St. (Galloway's Market) will also be addressed again.

There will be a public hearing on a Notice of Intent for the Tewksbury DPW drainage maintenance projects on Whipple Road at Sesame Street and on East Street near Royal Crest Circle.

This meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 19 but was rescheduled to Oct. 20.
Highlighting the agenda will be the appointment of new officers to the Tewksbury Police Department. This is always a special occasion for a community.
The board will hear the quarterly report from Finance Director Donna Walsh.
Town Manager Richard Montuori will provide an update on the I-93 interchange project. This, following a meeting of town officials with their counterparts in Wilmington and Andover, Congresswoman Niki Tsongas and the Sec. of Transportation.
There will also be an appointment made the the Arts Council.
