Music, patriotism, pageantry and more than a few water ballooons.
Thousands of people lined Route 38 on Monday for the annual Memorial Day Parade.
The event featured eight bands, floats, historic re-enactors, hundreds of children, political leaders and, oddly, dozens of water balloons.
