Police Charge 83-Year-Old Wilmington Man With Fourth OUI - why bother? Some liberal judge will just let him out. He'll drive again and then when he kills some little kid or family everybody will be up in arms and say why didn't the police do something. Being a police officer must be an awfully aggravating job.
