What was he operating? I'm confused by this one. He was in his own driveway?

Ya he didn't drive anywhere so he shouldn't have been arrested. But that's the second time Kayla Giuffre got arrested in a month she needs to get her life together she just got arrested a year ago for prostitution too. Free Giuffre!

Doesn't matter if you are driving if the keys are in ignition and you are in car then its operating under influence. Know someone who was too drunk to drive so he was gonna sleep some of if off but turned car on to turn heater on and cop saw and her got arrested.
