QOTW: What Should Tewksbury's New Year's Resolution Be?

As a town, what should Tewksbury resolve to do, or not do, in 2012?

As the New Year approaches, people start making all kinds of resolutions regarding such things as losing weight, calling their mom more or quitting smoking.

But what about a town? If the town of Tewksbury were to make a resolution for 2012, what should it be?

Stop raising taxes which are forcing people to sell their homes , as well as the water bill ( which seems to increase with every statement ).
Also , having to pay 3,000.- for the "privilege" of having the sewer pipe run in front of your home is ludicrous !!
How about a break once in awhile ?
No surprise in the nickname "tax-a-chusetts"

Encourage controlled commercial development in place of residential. This will increase area employment and tax revenue, while not further taxing many of the public services such as schools, fire, and police.
