Tewksbury High's Tyler Slavin is starting to find his game and that's bad news for MVC golf teams.

Slavin, a senior, torched the Trull Brook Golf Course with a 1-under par 35 to earn medalist honors in the Redmen's 10.5-9.5 win over North Reading on Monday. The win evened Tewksbury's record at 3-3 on the season.

Slavin cruised to a 4 and 3 win in his match. He and Jeff Giasullo also scored a 3 and 2 victory in their foursome best ball match.

Derek Petti (3 and 1) and Mike Casey (3 and 2) also rolled to easy victories, while Zach Strahan won the final hole of his match to claim a key 2 and 0 victory.

The Redmen are scheduled to be back in action on Wednesday at Lowell High.
