One Market Basket shopper was excited to take photos of some visiting costumed characters ... except one.
As the Police Department Christmas Parade toured Tewksbury on Sunday, it made a surprise stop at the Oakdale Mall.
Costumed characters such as Dora The Explorer, Batman, Minnie Mouse and Bob the Builder posed for photos and high-fived customers and delighted children.
One Market Basket shopper , taking photos for her grandchildren, was not quite so delighted to meet SpongeBob Square Pants.

My 9 year old loves spongebob! Yes he's corny, but he's one of the most wholesome shows on tv!! I'd rather his brain have that in it than all the other stuff on tv!!
