Tewksbury Police Bust Trio For Alleged Drug Deal Outside Home Depot
Possession of cocaine and oxycontin among the charges.
Ongoing surveillance operations conducted by Tewksbury Police detectives netted another drug arrest last week.
Two women and a man were arrested on Friday (Dec. 28) after they were observed allegedly conducting a drug deal in the parking lot of the Home Depot, 85 Main St.
According to Police Chief Timothy Sheehan, detectives observed a Honda Civic, occupied by two women later identified as Bianca Figueredo and Angelica Aviles, and a Mercury Sable operated by a man, later identified as Dana Fecteau.
According to the detectives' report, they observed Figuerodo leave the Civic and get into the Sable and then saw her conduct a hand-to-hand transaction with Fecteau.
Detectives then appraoched the vehicles and conducted futher investigation. According to their report, they learned Figuerodo had just sold an amount of cocaine to Fecteau. They also found additional drugs in the Civic with Aviles.
Fecteau, 48, 14 Sandler Terrace Haverhill, was charged with Possession of a Class B Substance (Cocaine) and Conspiracy to Violate Narcotic Laws.
Figuerodo, 29, 51 Corbett St Andover, was charged Distribution of a Class B substance (Cociane), Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance (Cocaine), Conspiracy to Violate Narcotic Laws, Possession of a Class B Substance (Oxycontin), Possession of a Class E Substance (Neurontin), and Possession of a Class E Substance (Hydrochloride Tramadel).
Aviles, 30, 112 Marston St Lawrence, was chaged with Distribution of a Class B Substance (Cocaine) and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance (Cocaine).
All three were schduled to be arraigned in Lowell District Court.
