Tewksbury's housing market, which has had it's ups and downs over the past few year's, experienced a remarkable mini-boom over the past two weeks.
Over a 13-day period, July 20 through Aug. 1, a whopping 31 properties were sold. This is nearly three times as many homes sold in any two-week period over the past two years.
All of the properties sold were either single-family homes or condos and the total value of the properties were $9,311,360.
With interest rates at record lows, it appears that buyers are making their move.
