Good kid or not, your statement seems dangerously close to old argument of "she was wearing a short skirt so she was asking for it" It does not matter who or what the victim may or may not have done. He was over 18, he should have know better. He is a danger to others, and acted on his hormones, and is dangerous. The article does not say whether or not she is facing charges.

The question of charges against the female in this case is a fair one, if, in fact this is a case of a "consensual" relationship involving a minor. As the charge was statutory rape, it is not unreasonable to believe that might be the case. The information we were provided with originally did not include that. However, I will check and if I find out anything i will provide that information here.

I'm sure the legal system will work out the case, and I did not imply that she was asking for it, or was she???? Not my call, but as I understand it, she was posted on several of those "social" websites as 17 and a half years old. My big question is, why was this girl, no matter what her age is, or what she said it was, sending out nude suggestive pics of herself, for the world to see??????? Yes, all young boys, and some older men for that matter, will be drawn to this, young boys because, as another person wrote here, their hormones are raging, older men because they are perverts. Also, where are the parents???? Do they know what her activities are????? and if so, what are they doing about it??? Is she still doing this online, and I ask the question again, is this legal?????? If it is illegal for these young kids to receive nude pics of minors, wouldnt be illegal for it to be sent???? whether it is from a boy or a girl. does the law threat this the same or is it different???? This is a good question for a lawyer, anyway, best of luck to all involved........

michael m i dont know if you have a daughter but i do and this said good kid offered my 15yr old daughter and her friend money for favors and they didn't firt with him and they were appropiatey dressed yes i agree let the legal system work out the case but i'm glad he is hopefully off the streets for the time being.......

I'm not sure if any of you read the list of charges; one being in possession of a dangerous weapon which leads me to believe there was violent intent involved. This loser is not innocent by any means the evidence is overwhelming internet records don't lie!
