Which Tewksbury Gas Stations Have the Cheapest Gas?

Gas prices in the area have increased by 20 cents over the past month.

The lower gas price of a month ago is now just a memory as regular gas prices have increased by 20 cents over the past month in the Boston area.

The average regular gallon of gas is $3.80 today in the Boston area compared to $3.60 just a month ago. Mid-range gas is now $3.94 compared to $3.76 from a month ago and premium has increased to $4.07 from $3.88, according to AAA.

Closer to home, there are at least four stations charging less than the area average -- A&B Automotive, 1258 Main St. ($3.70 a gallon average), Haffners Service Station, 2221 Main St. ($3.76 a gallon), Petroil, Main St. ($3.76 a gallon) and Tewksbury BP 869 Main St. ($3.78 a gallon).

Gas prices are up, but they are nothing compared to the summer of 2008 when AAA reports a gallon of regular gas shot up to $4.09.

One of my Tewksbury traffic pet peeves is the people blocking Main St. to get into the cheap cash only gas station just past the town center. Get out of the road or wait until later!!!!!

Some days it reminds me of the late 70's and the Carter gas lines.

Uh, weird how you didn't list either of the two cheapest ones, Super Petroleum and Prime Energy.
