Sounds like vehicular homicide to me as well wreckless endangerment as well. This case of neglect has changed the lives of 2 families.

My hear goes out to the Catyb family during this awful time. So sad that children these days don't think of the aftermath of thier choices.

AMEN LaShanta.... see my post under the kid just indicted by a grand jury for armed robbery here in tewksbury.... Parent are shirking teaching their kids consequences for actions.... INGRAINING that into them.... we talk about this all the time in our home.... and we pose potential problems to them....ie: if you are in a car with 4 kids and 3 of them are smoking pot and you arent.... WHO'S in trouble and how much?"..... and they drone back.... " all of us and we get a record and it ruins our lives".... lol.... SINK IT INTO THEM YOUNG TO THINK IT THROUGH!!!! WEIGH THE CONSEQUENCES VS THE ACTION....

Deepest sympathies to the Catyb family for this horrible tragedy. The police should have been out looking for his driver as the car she was driving should have been reported stolen the moment she took it. She should never have had access to keys to a vehicle without a license. I blame the parents because these days parents let their kids do anything they want to.
