UPDATED: Wynn Middle School Evacuated After Threat Found On Wall

Students were evacuated after incident near the end of the school day.

 

Updated at 2:45 p.m.

Students at the Wynn Middle School were evacuated this afternoon after writing was found on a school wall that school officials deemed threatening in nature.

The incident took place near the end of the school day Victor Drive was shut down to traffic. Parents received a reverse 911 call, updating them on the situation.

As of 2:45 p.m., the school was still evacuated, emergency crews were still on the scene. The students were released from school but were not alloed to go to their lockers for bookbags etc. parents were still not being allowed near the school to pick up their children.

I assume this was a prank. They need to find the kid that did this, expell them and charge them.

What happened to the last student that did something like this???
This is very serious, not only for the fright factor for students and parents, but also the cost and time lost.
