I also received this Code Red for regular trash pickup, but did not receive one last summer when someone robbed a person at the ATM at the savings bank and was running through the woods in my backyard. Nice.

Billerica is the biggest abuser of the code red system. Every time I drive through that town my phone alarms with a code red. It is always their DPW saying there's a water problem on a road, or that there will be construction going on at a school three days later....I get an alert from them at least 3 times a week just driving through their town.
