Mind, Body & Soul is a family-owned fitness and spa center, featuring the Latin dance-inspired aerobics program Zumba. Husband and wife Glen and Nicole Mills provide clients with a place to relax and get in shape. This center also offers Mainstream Aerobics, a choreographed fitness routine accompanied by the latest radio hits. Spa services include massage and body scrubs or wraps. Both classes accept walk-ins. Class schedules, fees and a full menu of spa packages and services are available online.
