Finding Hope with Fashion is an organization that helps a different charity every year by hosting a fashion show.  The fashion show showcases aspiring designers,models,an also hair and makeup talents. Holly Miller 21 years of age and Jacki Robichaud  20 years of age are co founders of Finding Hope with Fashion. Holly is a hair stylist and makeup artist for the show and currently works at a salon in Tewksbury , Ma called A Beautiful Day Hair Care Studio. Jacki designs original dresses for the show and also goes to school at Mass art in Boston, Ma. Everyone that is apart of this show is between the ages of 12-25. Our objective is to inspire, build confidence in young women while helping others. Huntington's Disease is a devastating genetic disorder in which parts of the brain slowly break down, affecting an individual's speech, movement, and cognitive abilities. Only 35,000 people in the United States suffer from this rare disease, and of that number, only 10% have juvenile onset Huntington's. In this rare case, the symptoms of Huntington's begin manifesting in the late teens, as apposed to the early 30's to early 40's. As the disease progresses, the person affected looses their ability to speak, swallow, stand, and process information. Because this is a genetic disease, when a parent is affected, there is a 50% chance their child will also contract the faulty gene that causes the disease.  We want to raise money to find a cure for this horriable diease.
