Sensei Anthony Alessandro, Program Director at the Academy of Traditional Karate in Wilmington, met with local students at St Augustine elementary school to support development of crucial character skills. Through a fun karate demonstration, Sensei Anthony worked with students on developing focus, confidence and respect. The Academy provides local schools with fun, interactive demonstrations to develop these skills, and combat bullying in the community. At this event, the 5th grade class at St. Augustine enjoyed an energetic karate lesson in character development.
