On January 20, 2014, the Lowell YMCA offers 8-week Weight Loss Program with Small Group Personal Training, Workouts and Nutritional Guidance. This program is for adults who want Total Body Workouts to enhance their Strength, Flexibility and Endurance through weight training, agility drills and cardio.
Jan. 20– March 15, 2014 Mon-Fri., Six, Three, Two and One day per week programs available. Mornings 11AM, evenings 6:15PM and Sat. 9AM sessions available.
