Power came back about 7:15, national grid never had an outage report on their website about Tewksbury which is unacceptable.

Was it a national transmission fault or a distribution fault?

Actually the power started to flick on and off starting at 3:00 in the afternoon. And then after that it started going off and coming on to many times to count. The television and the computers were going nuts!!! Finally it went off for good and finally came on around 7:00. In the Lowell Sun today they kinda danced around the reason. It was very annoying! It is one thing to have it go and stay off, but this going on and off was a big PAIN.
