Tewksbury Leaf, Branch Pick Up Approaching
Branch pick up is scheduled for April 21-25 and leaf pick up is April 28 through May 23.
Doing some spring cleaning in your yard? You'll have a chance to get rid of your yard waste in the upcoming weeks.
Branch pick up is scheduled for April 21 through April 25 while leaf pick up will take place the week of April 28 through May 23.
Residents are instructed that branches and small shrubs should be no longer than three feet in length and four inches in diameter. Grass clippings, pine needles and pine cones should not be mixed together in the same bags.
Branches should be placed into separate trash barrels or tied into bundles, while leaves should be placed into paper bags. Yard waste should be left curbside by 7 a.m. on their designated pick up day.
Each Tewksbury street has a designated day for brush pick up, and according to the town website that day is normally not Wednesday.
