A few years ago my dad bought a brand new mixer for our band, but right before we started getting serious with our music, it broke. The headphone jack broke, the knobs were stuck, and the plugs were not working at all. So we decided to throw it into its box and forget about it. For the past two years we have been payin hundreds of dollars to get some tracks layed down in the professional studios, Meanwhile our mixer was sitting in the back of the storage room collecting dust. Last year, I took it out of storage and attempted to fix it, but unfortunatly it was still broken. So back into the box it went. The other day I decided to give it one more try, so i took it back out of the box. My dad and I took the whole thing apart, blew off some dust, and put it back together again. Well you would have guessed it, the thing started working better than ever out of nowhere, and were using it to record some new demos now. With the new equipment back in our hands we started to create new sing ideas, and we look forward to more productive band practices in the future!
