What's the Next Business You'd Like to See in Tewksbury?
With news that an entertainment complex will be built where Motel Caswell is, we want to know what the next to come to town should be.
There was major news this week on the Tewksbury business front and residents had a wide range of reactions to the news that an agreement has been reached to purchase Motel Caswell and turn the land into an entertainment complex.
"What AWESOME news!," SD From T-Bury commented on the Patch story. "This is exactly something the town needs and will be a breath of fresh air on Rte. 38."
That sentiment was echoed by many readers who were excited about a new business venture at a location that has previously been at the center of controversy.
But the reaction to Tuesday's news wasn't completely positive from Patch readers, as a few had concerns despite the majority expressing approval for the plans.
"Just what this town needs MORE TRAFFIC!!!," wrote RedmenWarPath. "You guys have got to be kidding me with these comments? How can you own a motor vehicle and be excited for this?"
So with a new business on its way to Tewksbury, it got us to thinking.
