“Before I lost this weight, much of my daily thought and energy went into being overweight. I dreaded going to the closet to find something to wear, looking in the mirror, seeing people I knew, and just not doing the things in life I wanted to do. But since making a commitment to the gym in July 2010, I have successfully lost 125 lbs.
The staff members at Gold’s have been so supportive since the day I walked through the door. After about six months of working out by myself and losing about 80 pounds, my body wasn’t changing and my weight loss had significantly slowed. I felt I was at a standstill so I started training with Marie Paradise. Marie has been my personal trainer since December 2010. Her passion for fitness makes every workout challenging and fun. Since working with Marie, my muscles have taken on a new definition. I am healthier physically, mentally and emotionally and my life has changed in many ways. I would not have accomplished all I have so far without the support of my family, friends, Marie and Estee. (Thanks, Estee, for always being so supportive every step of the way!)”
