Great in-door, winter activity for everyone (pre-school to high school and adults). Sign up this winter ($89 per month)and $10 will be donated to the North Street/Dewing PAC, Heath Brook/Trahan PAC, Ryan School PAC, Wynn School PAC or High School PAC for every student who signs up from those schools. At The Self-Defense Institute all students achieve incredible martial arts skills and life skills, i.e., self-control, honor/pride, knowledge/wisdom, patience, focus, self-respect, integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm for an art that is adding value to their lives, etc. All classes are fun and energetic and are paid by the month with no contracts EVER.
