The following information is provided by the Tewksbury Council on Aging:

Many thanks are extended to the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks Lodge members for their thoughtfulness and generosity in holding its Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for our Tewksbury Seniors.  All reports were that it was a wonderful event and a great meal. THANK YOU ELK MEMBERS.

A note of thanks is also extended to our Senior Breakfast Benefit volunteers and to all those who patronized the event this past Sunday.  The winner of the drawing was Leo Charlton.  Everyone's  support made for a very successful event.  This was the last breakfast benefit of the year.  We hope to see everyone in the new year.

Tickets are still available for the Red Hat Carnation Belles holiday trip to the HuKeLau on Thursday, Dec. 12  for lunch and a Christmas show. The cost of this trip is $54 per person and is now being open to the general public...men included.  The cut off date to sign up is Dec. 3.
