Vickie Coakley, 46

Beloved wife and mother.

Mrs. Vickie M. (Fallon) Coakley, age 46, died unexpectedly on June 14th. She was the wife of Joseph L. Coakley, with whom she had celebrated a 27th wedding anniversary on May 17th.

Both of her parents pre-deceased  her. She was the daughter of Gleora (Dryden) Fallon and James Fallon of Billerica.

Besides her husband, she leaves her beloved  twin sons, Joshua M. Coakley of Dracut and Joseph L. Coakley Jr. of Andover; an uncle and aunt, Gordon and Dotty Dryden of Lawrence; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Richard and Joan Coakley of Tyngsboro, David Coakley and Betty Riley of Chelmsford, and Anne and Joseph Furtado of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also sister of the late Thomas “Skippy” McQueeny and sister-in-law of  the late Christopher “Coakie” Coakley and Timothy Coakley.

Vickie was happiest surrounded by family and friends. She was a wonderful cook, a history buff, and an avid reader. She was a proud American and always admired veterans and the military. She was generous and giving and will be sorely missed by everyone that knew her.

Visiting hours Wednesday, June 19, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts. (Rte. 38) TEWKSBURY CENTER, phone (800 in MA or 978) 851 2950.  Her funeral service will be held Thursday, June 20, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home followed by burial in Tewksbury Cemetery
