Bob Homeyer- Library Trustee

Hi- I am Bob Homeyer and I am running for re-election for Library Trustee.

The Library is very important and that is why I decided to get involved  4 years ago.  I own a company in town with 49 employees and have tried very hard to always give back to my community.  I love this town.  I grew up in Winthrop and have lived here for the last 28 years.  Many people know me and most do not.  I keep a very low profile.  To let you know a little, I am Chairman of the Tewksbury Republican Town Committee and do a lot around town but seldom let my name be published.  Community is important and I urge more of you to get involved.  I have been a Library Trustee for 4 years and no one I repeat no one has ever come to one of our meetings.  We have public comments as an agenda item and we all look to the empty chair.  We are all very busy but I urge each of you to do something.  There are many openings on town committees and I am a firm believer that if you want to complain you should vote and you should get involved.  Thank you for your support.
