CodeRed Alert - what a joke

What's up with the Tewks police sending out a CodeRed Alert whenever a road is being worked on or closed? Like that's an emergency! If they keep sending so many of these bogus "alerts", nobody will bother to pay attention to them..... and then what will happen when a real emergency comes up?  Ever heard of "the boy who cried wolf"?  Let's shape up TPD:  stop abusing the system and use it for what it was intended --> an EMERGENCY.
