Shawsheen St. is Not your ashtray

I live on Shawsheen St. and pick up countless cigarette butts every time I work in my yard. I have nothing against smokers but use your ashtrays. It is against the law and subject to a $100.00 fine. Maybe the police should start enforcing it!
