Tewksbury Needs A Downtown Shopping Area

I'd like to propose that the Town of Tewksbury consider developing a DOWNTOWN shopping area e.g. Concord Center, Bedford, Lexington, etc.  Today Tewksbury has no DOWNTOWN - stores, office building, etc. follow Main Street, Rt 133, Shawsheen and East Street.  What do other Tewksbury residents think?
