Tewksbury U13 Blue brought home a 5-4 victory from the turf at Nashoba High Sunday.  Excellent goaltending by Andrew Farrell and Riley Auth held Nashoba White to one goal a quarter and held Tewksbury in the tightly matched game.  Nashoba moved the ball well in their attacking zone but Tewksbury defended patiently and took advantage of turnover opportunities including a scoring bid by Patrick Rosemond from his D position.  Scoring included one each by Jake Kaiser, Matt Brennan and Sean Fahey, and 2 by Will McKay, one off a timely pick by Dan Lee.  Henry Pestana and Brennan also had assists.  Nathan Vibber went 3 for 3 on his faceoff contests, and along with 2 wins for Kyle Darrigo and 1 for Sean Fahey helped Tewksbury stay in control of possession time.  U13 Blue is now 5-1 on the season.

U13A Boys bounced back against Arlington on Sunday.  Ryan Day had an outstanding day in net stopping 7 shots on goal and only allowing two goals on the afternoon.  He had outstanding support from the defensive players Patrick Letourneau, Matt Rosemond, Asa DeRoche, Sean Sears, and Owen Gilligan.  The Fab Five caused havoc with the Arlington offensive with the support of the Midfielders.  Tewksbury had seven players hit the back of the net during the afternoon.  Hunter DeLonais, Richie Markwarth, and Brodie Tirrell each delivered one.  Michael Dell’Orfano, Anthony Diminico, Nicky Iannacci, and Colby Brown each delivered two.  The team is now 5 – 1 on the season and face Littleton next Wednesday evening in Littleton.

U15 Red Boys fall to Lowell 4 – 8.  The Tewksbury Boys U15B Red lacrosse team suffered a tough loss to a strong Lowell team. Connor Doherty, Braden Hiltz, Patrick Jollimore, and Dylan Scott each had a goal.  The defense came alivein the second quarter and held Lowell to 3 goals for the balance of the game.  Their season record now stands at 4 wins and 2 losses.  Lowell’s #9 and #24 each had outstanding performances with a pair of hat tricks contributing toward their 8 goals.

Their next game is home against North Middlesex on Sunday, June 1 at noon on Livingston Field 1.
