Whats up on Main Street?

What is all the construction about on Main Street at the entrance to the Wynn? When I left for vacation there were two houses built on the property and when I came home a week later they were gone. I have heard conflicting stories on what is being built on the land. A few people are telling me a 55+ community with restaurants and a movie cinema and others are saying a 40B housing complex. Can any one clarify??
