After Foot Pursuit, Tewksbury Man Arrested for Drug Possession, Disturbing the Peace

Friday, June 13

  • At 7:29 p.m. an officer reported that he was in a foot pursuit of a man on Hill Street Extension heading towards Pringle Street. An officer located and arrested Justin D. Elliott, 31, of 540 South Street, Tewksbury. Elliott was charged with possession of Class A drugs and disturbing the peace. 

Saturday, June 14

  • At 12:06 a.m. a 911 caller from Motel Caswell reported an unresponsive perspon who was not breathing. Medics and a detective were sent and a person was transported to Saints Medical Center.
  • At 2:32 a.m. dispatch received a 911 call for a person at Motel Caswell who possibly overdosed. Medics were sent to the scene and one person was transported to Saints Medical Center.
  • At 1:49 p.m. an employee of Longhorn’s called for a well-being check for a customer who she said left on foot after he had too much to drink. The man left his vehicle in the parking lot. Police located the man and transported him to his residence.
