Alleged Drug Dealer Arrested While Carrying Dangerous Weapon

A detective requested a marked unit to McDonald’s on Andover Street for suspicious activity, a drug deal, on Tuesday, March 19, at 7:11 p.m.
When police arrived on scene, they arrested Christopher F. Donisi, 29, of 12 Chatham, Billerica, for possession to distribute Class B drugs and carrying a dangerous weapon.
Car Dealer Reports Stolen Vehicle

An employee at Ira Toyota reported on Monday, March 18, at 5:56 p.m. that a vehicle was stolen off their lot sometime within the past 24-48 hours.
The vehicle was a 2000 Ford with a plow on the front and a sander in the bed of the truck. The vehicle is used to plow their lot during snowstorms.

On Monday, March 18, at 5:17 p.m. a 911 caller reported that a male party was taking a computer from Wal-Mart without paying. The caller stated that the male got into the passenger seat of a New Hampshire vehicle, which took a left onto Main Street towards Lowell.
Tuesday, March 19, at 2:45 p.m. detectives arrested a male party on a warrant. Michael J. Codner, 26, of 34 Cinnamon Circle, Tewksbury, was arrested on a warrant for conspiracy to commit breaking and entering on a building for felony, larceny over $250, receiving stolen property, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and marked lanes violation.
On Tuesday, March 19, at 4:44 p.m. dispatch received a call from Home Depot reporting they had a party in custody for shoplifting with no ID. David J. Legerstrom Jr., 24, of 91 John Street, Tewksbury, was arrested and charged with shoplifting greater than $100 by concealing.
On Tuesday, March 19, at 6:03 p.m. on Shawsheen Street, a caller reported that a suspicious male rang her doorbell, and when she asked what the male wanted he got pushy and stated that he needed a ride. When he was turned away, he left on foot. Police located the male and requested an ambulance to transport him for an evaluation.
On Wednesday, March 20, at 4:37 a.m. a 911 caller from the front desk at the Holiday Inn said that a female in one of the hotel’s rooms called down reporting she was assaulted. An ambulance was sent to assess the woman’s injuries and Lowell Police were contacted regarding a male and female party believed to be involved.
