Drive Thru Trip Leads to OUI Arrest for Andover Man

The following information was supplied by the Tewksbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A McDonald’s employee reported a possibly intoxicated man at the drive thru window on Sunday, Aug. 11, at 4:08 a.m. 

The caller gave a description of the car and police were able to locate and arrest Adam K. Robinson, 30, of 6 Greenmeadow Lane, Andover, for operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.

Two New Hampshire Women Charged With Drug Possession

A pair of officers were speaking with occupants of a vehicle with New Hampshire plates for suspicious activity at Cracker Barrel on Andover Street on Sunday, Aug. 11, at 6:57 p.m.

Melissa Swenson, 23, of 76 Pine Hill Road, Nashua, N.H., and Shannon Allison, 26, of 21 Riverside Ave., Hudson, N.H., were each arrested and charged with possession of Class A drugs.

On Saturday, Aug. 10, at 4:19 p.m. a caller from Tewksbury Country Club reported on of his tires was slashed while in the parking lot. 

On Saturday, Aug. 10, at 8:02 p.m. police arrested Mohamedhassa M. Javan, 63, of 32 Plainfield Ave., Shrewsbury, for operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.

On Monday, Aug. 12, at 5:55 a.m. officers spoke with a man at Motel 6 in the parting lot, possibly with a warrant. Police confirmed there was a warrant out for the man, and arrested Louis F. Auclair Jr., 64, of 450B Pawtuket Street, Lowell, on a warrant for threatening to commit a crime. 

On Monday, Aug. 12, at 6:08 a.m. police attempted to serve a warrant inside Motel 6. Chhoeung Bun, 36, of 578 Brown Farm Road, Lyndonvill, Vt., was arrested on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
