State Police will set up a DUI checkpoint in Middlesex County this weekend.
The checkpoint will be held Sat., June 7 into Sunday morning on a road in the county. Police will select drivers and engage in conversation to determine if they've been drinking.
Per their usual practice, State Police did not reveal the exact location of the checkpoint. Police are required to publicize checkpoint plans ahead of time.
"The selection of vehicles will not be arbitrary, safety will be assured, and any inconveniences to motorists will be minimized with advance notice to reduce fear and anxiety," State Police said in a statement.
