Heidenrich Drive Man Arrested for Assault With a Dangerous Weapon

The following is an excerpt from the Tewksbury Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A woman called Tewksbury Police on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 2:16 a.m. to say she was just involved in an argument with a man on Heidenrich Drive and he was out in the vehicle in the driveway of the home. 

Police arrested Manuel E. Sousa, 42, of 121 Heidenrich Drive, Tewksbury, and charged him with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On Saturday, Feb. 1, at 4:11 a.m. a 911 caller on Bell Road reported that he was attempting to get some things from his home and a person at the property was not letting him inside.

Upon police arrival, officers arrested Anthony Marquez, 24, of 7 Bell Road, N. Tewksbury, and charged him with wanton destruction of property greater than $250 and assault.

Also on Saturday, Feb. 1, At 9:16 p.m. police found two suspicious vehicles in the parking lot of Tedeschi’s on Main Street.

After a search, police arrested Mark D. Harrington, 27, of 54 Patten Road, Tewksbury, and charged him with distributing Class D drugs, subsequent offense, and possession to distribute Class D drugs, subsequent offense.
