Indecent Exposure, Domestic Assault Top Latest Police Log
The following information was supplied by the Tewksbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
On April 18, a woman and her granddaughter came into Police Headquarters just after 6 p.m. to report that the younger woman had allegedly been assaulted and choked by her boyfriend.
An officer interviewed the victim and photos were taken of her injuries.
Officers went to the residence where the suspect had been staying, but he was not there. Officers will continue to do checks and look for the man.

Woman Reports Paving Scam on Rogers Street
On Thursday, April 19, a Rogers Street woman called police to report that two men in their 30s had just driven by and asked if she wanted her driveway re-paved.

The men said they would need cash up front to do the job. When the woman balked, they took off in a silver pick up truck.
responded to the scene and searched the neighborhood, but the men were gone.
Arrests:
Jonathan Green, 32, 4 Tremblay Ave., Tewksbury, was arrested on April 18 at for indecent exposure.
Janet M. Spinazola, 20, 71 Burlington St., Apt. A Woburn, was arrested on April 17 on two warrants.
Katelyn T. Landry, 24, 22 Easement Road, Tewksbury, was arrested on April 17 on a warrant.
Stacey J. Benson, 41, 12 Pershing St., Wilmington, was arrested on April 19 and charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and failure to yield.
Christopher A. Torra, 29, 36 Tewksbury St., Tewksbury, was arrested on April 18 and charged with operating a motor vehicle after his license had been revoked and speeding.
Michael E. O'Malley, 22, 97 Merrimack Meadows Lane, Tewksbury, was arrested on April 18 on a warrant.
Additional incidents:
On April 19, a woman reported that she had been at and had dropped her cell phone. She said it was picked up by one of a group of young men who refused to give it back to her. Officers responded to the scene, located the phone and returned it to the woman.
On April 19, around 8:30 p.m., a Kent Street resident called police and reported that a kayak had been stolen from their backyard.
